Aluminum Anchor Clamp For ABC or ADSS Cable, PA-1500.1(11-14mm)
Product Description:
Anchor clamp or tension clamp with aluminum body type PA-1500.1(11-14mm) are designed for dead-ending aerial ABC or ADSS cables on access overhead lines when spans do not exceed 100m. with diameter range 11-14mm.
Clamp materials: Aluminum alloy, UV resistant & high strength plastic, stainless steel wire.
The clamp is very easy to install by self-adjustable wedge, fit with pole brackets and hooks. With high mechanical strength 10Kn.
APPLICATION
These clamps will be used as cable dead-end at end poles (using one clamp). Two clamps can be installed as double dead-end in the following cases :
• at jointing poles
• at intermediate angle poles when the cable route deviates by more than 20°.
• at intermediate poles when the two spans are different in lengths
• at intermediate poles on hilly landscapes
Key Features:

These anchoring clamps are made of an opened Aluminum body, a pair of plastic wedges and a flexible bail equipped with an insulating thimble. The bail can be locked onto the clamp body once passed through the pole bracket and re-opened by hand at any time when the clamp is not under full load. All parts are secured together to prevent any loss during installation.
Aerial networks are subject to repetitive climatic stress during several decades. The optical cable and its accessories, in particular the anchoring and suspension clamps, constitute an interdependent component of the complete system that must withstand during its all live time to the various loads induced by wind pressure, ice sleeve weight, Aeolian vibrations, temperature variations, and be resistant to corrosion, UV radiation.
The choice of accessories duly compatible with the cable and the use made of it is essential for a quick and safe installation, to facilitate the operation and ensure a long-term reliability of the network.
